Mod Installer
This makes installing mods that modify lots of different package files easy. Simply run, select the mod you want to install, and wait.
Download the test version (supports the Initiation Station and Saints Row: The Third).

Package extractor
Extracts every package that Saints Row: The Third or the Initiation Station comes with to the directory you run it in.
To extract Saints Row: The Third packages, just run it. To extract Saints Row: The Third - Initiation Station packages, run it on a command line like so:
